  • Conclusion and performance of contracts: last name, first name, address, phone number, email, etc., under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • Legal obligations: data required to issue invoices, under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  • Consent: data used for marketing purposes (newsletter, marketing cookies, etc.), under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  • Legitimate interest: website security and optimization of the user experience, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • For the duration of the contract for our services;
  • Billing data: in accordance with the legal obligations in force;

  • Contact form data: until the request is resolved or consent is withdrawn.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In the event of a personal data breach posing a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) within the time limit set by the GDPR.

  • Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • Right to restriction of processing: to request that processing be restricted for a specified period;
  • Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
